spastic colitis
结肠过敏或结肠激惹综合征的临床类型。由于结肠痉挛，病人有阵发性肠绞痛，主要位于左下腹，阵痛时可扪及痉挛性的肠曲。钡灌肠检查或乙状结肠镜检查时，病人常感疼痛。腹痛发作持续时间不规律，但熟睡时少见。一般因进食或冷饮而加重，在排便、排气、灌肠后减轻。结肠痉挛因缺少推进性蠕动，故多引起便秘，便时只排出少量坚硬干燥的羊粪样便，同时伴有腹胀和频繁的排气。
