本课题采用前瞻性与回顾性相结合的研究方法,通过对 65 例经过氩氦刀联合中药治疗的肺癌患者进行疗效及中医证候的观察,总结其规律,为氩氦刀联合中药临床应用提供一定的指导,为肺癌尤其是中晚期的治疗探索一种更成熟的治疗方案,以丰富中晚期肺癌的临床治疗手段,提高中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。

In using of prospective research method, the study had a deep and particular research into the changes of Chinese traditional medicine syndrome before and after the Argon-helium cryoablation on lung cancer patients (stage III or IV) who had lost the chances of Radical excision.
本课题采用前瞻性研究方法,对失去手术机会的中晚期肺癌患者行微创非血管性介入冷冻(氩氦刀)治疗前后证候特征变化规律进行了深入、细致的研究,以探索中晚期肺癌患者新的治疗方法及其证候变化规律,也为探讨中医药参与临床治疗(联合氩氦冷冻)时机,氩氦刀冷冻的中医临床功效,提供有重要实践价值的临床理论基础,以丰富中晚期肺癌的临床治疗手段,提高中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。
3)  Argon-Helium Cryosurgery

Objective: To analyze the effect of Argon-Helium Cryosurgery(AHCS) on the differentiation of regulatory CD4+CD25+ T cell(Treg) and its implication in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).
目的:探讨氩氦冷冻对肝癌外周血CD4+CD25+调节T细胞的影响及临床意义。

Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Argon-Helium Cryosurgery(AHCS)on the cryoimmunologic responses of mice bearing H22 liver cancer through detecting splenocyte cytotoxicity,and expression pattern of cytokines T helper type 1(Th1)/Th2.
材料方法 取Balb/c小鼠72只,随机分三组,A、B、C三组均制成H22皮下移植瘤模型,分别行氩氦冷冻治疗(实验组A,n=24),氩氦冷冻治疗1天后辅以弗氏佐剂(实验组B,n=24),荷瘤对照(对照组C,n=24)。
