外痔 外痔 病名。生于肛门齿线以下的痔，与内痔相对而名者。出《备急千金要方》卷二十三。证见肛门周围有鼠乳状突起，一般无痛痒，亦不出血，日久生成皮瓣样赘生物，多由此而产生异物感，若继发感染则疼痛明显。按其证候可血栓性外痔、赘皮样外痔、静脉曲张性外痔、炎症性外痔等四种。治疗以外治法为主，可根据症情选用薰洗、针灸、结扎、挑痔、手术切除等。如并发感染而局部红肿、疼痛甚至头痛体热者，可配合内服清热解毒、化瘀止痛之剂。
