电子探针诊断(diagnosi，。f目eetroprobemicroanalyser)电子探针是一种新型电子扫描显徽装置，具有面扫描、线扫描或点分析功能。用于元素徽区分析如确定元素种类、含t、分布，能取得分析样本的组织结构与元素间的原位关系，可用以判断作物营养状况.电子探针诊断分析灵敏度极高.检出限量为10一’‘~10一’.克，在作物营养诊断中用来解决一般化学分析无法解决的问题。如元素的定位间题，研究元素缺乏或过剩以及病理病引起的病斑组织的元素分布特征，可为区分生理病和病理病以及元素的缺乏或过剩提供依据.吉川年彦(日)对元素缺乏、过剩和病理病三类病斑进行探针分析，发现由各种元素缺乏引起的病斑大多表现K+含量下降，多数病理病斑有Cl一减少现象;而锰过剩病斑部或其周围Mn显著增多等.又如研究元素中毒时特定元素在作物器官组织中的分布特征，可以阐明致毒机理，说明不同作物或品种的耐性差异。 (秦遂初)
