Background and object Postoperative deep wound infections is one of the severe complication after spinal instrumentation, which can pose local soft tissue like muscle, skin engorgement and necrosis, even make the implant reveal, that makes treatment very tough.

The feasibility and significance of reducing the cut depth for building directional blasting and demolishing were discussed in this paper,and the reasonable range of height of burst under this condition was analyzed.

Results: There were three cases of abdominal incision infection of primary suture,five cases of perineal incision infection of primary suture and two cases of both incisions infection.
