臂丛神经束性损伤
injury of cords of brachial plexus
是指损伤部位在束的水平的臂丛损伤。多为摩托车事故或局部刺伤等原因引起。临床上若没有根性损伤的胸长神经和肩胛背神经的损害症状,肩胛上神经功能亦良好者,多为神经束的断裂。可根据其表现区分为外侧束、内侧束和后侧束3种损伤。治疗可作2~3个月保守治疗,无效者宜早期手术治疗。
