By using ADAMS/view, a simulation model of stopper was established aiming at its characteristics of variable structure, and some main problems of the stopper were found by motion simulation analyzing, and then the stopper was optimized and designed with self-adjustable structure without overconstraints.
针对堵渣机的变结构特征,利用ADAMS软件建立了仿真模型,通过机构的仿真分析找出了堵渣机存在的主要问题;并据此对堵渣机进行了优化及无过约束的自调结构设计。
