Through FEM numerical simulation of flanging process which was carried out with ABAQUS software,the cognition that flanging process can be divided into 4 stages,the dynamic process of flanging,the method of computing for the prepared hole-diameter,the material thickness transformation of deformation area and the characteristic of effective stress distribution,etc.
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对圆孔翻边成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了翻边变形可以分为4个阶段的细观认识及其动态过程、翻边预加工小孔孔径的分析计算方法、变形区料厚变化情况以及等效应力分布与特点等。
