In the thesis the CAD mathematics of the mechanism was established,based on the theoretical analysis for globoidal indexing cam mechanism with double-hemisphere rolling teeth.

To solve the problem in practical work to seek the tooth profile of workpiece from the tooth profile of hobbing cutter,this paper adopts the tooth profile normal method to deduce out the calculation equation of the tooth profile of workpiece based on hob profile.
为解决在实际工作中由滚刀齿形求出所加工工件齿形的问题,采用齿形法线法,推导出由滚刀法向齿形反求工件齿形的计算公式,并举例进行了说明。
