Application of technological modification in energy conservation and consumption reduction;

The article introduces a series of information technology' s application in petrochemical industry including applications of energy management system or monitoring system, simulation and optimization technology,advanced control technology, planning and optimization technology and converter technique as well as their effects on energy saving and consumption reduction.

Based on actual production of Yongda Company,the method,measure and achievement for the equipment of vacuum salt making,including production increasing,energy saving and consumption reducing were introduced.

Introduced principles and characters of the horizontal belt vacuum filter in alumina production, analyzed working characters of the equipment, discussed the effect and economic efficiency on energy saving and consumption reducing of this equipment.

Through the improvement of procedure and equipment,unceasing experiment on optimization of flocculant and reuse of reject pulp,the aims of energy saving,consumption reducing and benefit creating have been reached.
