超声监测输卵管通液术
此术为近20年发展起来的又一种检测输卵管通畅性的方法。在B型超声监视下自宫颈注入一定浓度的双氧水,观察微气泡经输卵管逸入盆腔的情况,以判定输卵管的通畅性。所用双氧水对腹膜有一定刺激作用,个别人可出现明显下腹痛,应掌握适当浓度。
