在接触压力1~2MPa 和滑动速度20~40m/s 的高速干滑动条件下对 M2钢与 GCr15轴承钢摩擦副的摩擦磨损行为进行研究,用 SEM、XRD 和 TEM 方法分析不同摩擦条件下摩擦前后 M2钢试样磨损表面的微观形貌、金相组织和显微结构的变化,并结合热电偶测量的摩擦面宏观温度和记录的摩擦学特性参数,研究摩擦热、摩擦学特性和微观结构之间的耦合作用,结果表明:摩擦过程中,摩擦条件决定了产生摩擦的热量,摩擦热又影响磨损形貌和摩擦面显微组织结构,而磨损形貌和摩擦面显微组织结构直接与摩擦副的摩擦特性相关联,摩擦特性又将反作用于磨损形貌和摩擦面显微组织结构来影响摩擦热的产生,各因素间的相互作用主要是通过摩擦热来实现。
