基于牛津型斯特林制冷机的失效物理本质,分析了其失效模式和失效机理,对比了四种加速寿命评价方法,并针对空间用制冷机工作剖面特点及蓄冷器污染单一失效模式,提出了高温持续工作加速寿命评价方法,并对1台2W@80K 牛津型斯特林制冷机开展了实验研究,实验至今已有 1600小时,性能参数已呈现出退化趋势,退化呈现由污染所致的典型特征,初步验证了高温加速污染退化的可行性。
