上气 上气 ①生理学名词,指心、肺之气。《灵枢·大惑论》:“上气不足,下气有余,肠胃实而心肺虚。” ②病证名,即肺气上逆。《灵枢·本脏》:“肺高,则上气,肩息咳。”《素问·调经论》:“气有余则喘咳上气。”多由外感六淫,痰气凝结,肺道壅塞所致。《诸病源候论·咳嗽上气候》:“此为邪搏于气,气壅不得宣发,是为有余,故咳嗽而上气也。其状喘咳上气,多涕唾而面目胕肿,气逆也。”《济生方·喘》谓痰停胃脘,痰与气搏,肺道壅塞,亦令人上气。《证治准绳·杂病》:“上气者,盖气上而不下,升而不降,痞满膈中,气道奔迫,喘息有音音是也。”治以宣肺祛邪,降气化痰为主。又指人体上部之气。见《灵枢·口问》:“上气不足,脑为之不满,耳为之苦鸣,头为之苦倾,目为之眩。”
