我们研究了基于瑞利背向散射的准分布光纤温度报警系统，分析了影响系统稳定性的主要因素，具体从以下几个方面着手使报警系统的稳定性得到了提高：(1) 提高对模拟量（雪崩光电二极管APD和半导体激光器LD的偏压）的D/A控制与A/D采集的精度；提高对雪崩光电二极管温度采集的精度。
