A process for producing a zinc pynthione product having larger particle size(the average particle size 2μm)was described, the zinc pyrithione product had no effect on pearlescence of shampoo used in pearlescent shampoo formulation.

性质：有珠光色泽的乳状液。除含有一般香波的成分外，还含有乙二醇单硬脂酸酯珠光剂。它在5℃以上就能正常流动。pH6~7.2%溶液的发泡量大于600毫升。42℃和-15℃以下，24小时不破乳、不变色。通过调节珠光剂在香波中的结晶度，使其均匀地悬浮在香波中，从而产生反射晶莹的、令人喜爱的珍珠光泽。具有洗发和护发的双重功能。将香精、香料、尼泊金乙酯、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和水解蛋白等原料，按配比加入蒸馏水中，经加热、熔化、搅拌、过滤而制得。
