In this paper, two energy spectrum detectors are employed, the on-line monitoring of textures components of steel sheets establishes on the main reflection of characteristic spectrum and X-ray diffraction pattern formed by the continuous spectrum, based on the massive calculation, the selection principle of energy spectrum detectors position and monitoring points is determined.
本文采用两个能谱探头,以特征谱线为主反射,利用连续谱的X射线衍射花样形成原理对深冲金属薄钢板的织构组分进行监测,在大量计算的基础之上确定了基于能谱探头对监测点的选取原则,通过佐证实验,采用这一方案对深冲钢板织构进行“在线”监测是可行的。
