· 1.4.1 概述
如果安装了Pro/DETAIL模块， 我们可以使用只显示模式来打开文件，以减少文件的打开时间。系统在只显示模式下，不打开任何工程图所关联的实体模型。由于没有将实体模型读入内存，所以我们不能修改它们
· 1.4.2 有关限制（View-Only Mode Restrictions）
在只显示模式下，有如下限制：
如果一个视图的几何体丢失，则只显示一个具有空边界的视图位置。
在打印图纸的时候，和绘图状态（Drawing mode）下不同
在只显示模式或绘图模式下混合打开文件时，会保持最初的打开模式。系统会出现警告框。
除非选择了Retr Models选项，否则不能修改或保存该工程图
在绘图模式下，采用线方式(snap lines)保存文件，系统打印它们时采用只显示状态
如果选择“保存视图”（使用菜单：Save Display或“save_display”设为“yes”），在绘图状态下也可以减少读取时间
· 1.4.3 在只显示状态下显示工程图（To Display a Drawing in View-Only Mode）
保存当前视图：在Environment对话框中选择Save Display，或将save_display设置为yes；
生成视图View > Regen View;
选择File > Save保存工程图；
选择File > Open；并且选择Retrieve as View Only选项；
为了检验是否有显示信息丢失，可以选择Drawing > Display Info，如果信息完整，系统有一提示信息，否则，出出现文本框，说明丢失的信息。
· 1.4.4 在只显示状态下修改工程图（To modify a Drawing in View-Only Mode）
如果需要在只显示状态下修改模型，在菜单 VIEWONLY DRW中选择Retr Models，系统会自动进入到绘图状态并读取所有相关模型。
