千斤顶 jack 顶举重物的轻小型起重设备,物料搬运机械。结构简单 ,起重量范围大,顶举高度一般不超过400毫米,广泛用于设备检修和安装。按结构特征可分为:①螺旋千斤顶。由人力通过螺旋副转动,以螺杆或螺母套筒作为顶举件,能长期支持重物,最大起重量达100吨,应用广泛。下部装上水平螺杆后,还能使重物做小距离横移。②齿条千斤顶。由人力通过杠杆和齿轮带动齿条顶举重物,也能长期支持重物,效率较螺旋千斤顶高,最大起重量达20吨,多用于作业条件不方便或需要利用其下部的托爪提升重物的场合,如铁路起轨和顶起要修理的汽车等。③液压千斤顶。由人力或电力驱动液压泵,通过液压系统传动,用缸体或活塞顶起重物。不宜长期支持重物(防止液体泄漏),最大起重量可达750吨,传动效率较高,多用于起升或移动钢结构、钢桥的梁以及船厂、锅炉厂、机械厂中的重物等。
