临床特征:脐上腹壁正中呈条形隆起,为腹内压增加时腹壁发育薄弱而增宽的白线,故又称白线症。局部可触及分离的腹直肌裂隙,宽1~2.5cm,可见于唐氏综合征、黏多糖沉积症等。出生后较易诊断。病因不明。
