The advantages of sol-gel and hydrothermal processes were integrated, and sol treatment was introduced to the hydrothermal process enabling perovskite-typed BaTiO3 nanopowders to be synthesized at 搇ow temperatures?conditions through this modified hydrothermal process.
结果表明,采用乙酰丙酮改性的钛酸四丁酯作为Ti源,可有效降低BaTiO3纳米粉的水热合成温度;与常用水热法相比,采用改进的水热法合成BaTiO3纳米粉的温度更低。
