补充资料:百合莲子浆

用料:百合10克、莲子肉10克、银耳10克;绿豆45克、冰糖/蜂蜜适量。

制法:将百合干和莲子肉用温水浸泡至发软;将银耳用水发开,洗净摘成小朵;将绿豆浸泡充分,与百合、莲子、银耳清洗干净,一起放入豆浆机网罩内,杯体内注入适量清水,机器安装到位。启动机器,十几分钟红枣莲子豆浆就做好了。可根据个人喜好趁热往杯体内调入白糖/蜂蜜搅匀即成。

益处:滋阴益气、养血安神、补脾胃、清热解毒。
