滑动性疝均应手术修补。一般采用经腹股沟修补术。麻醉、切口和显露疝囊的手术步骤与斜疝手术相同。显露疝囊并切开,然后在滑出内脏(例如盲肠)的周围约1.5cm处作一环形切口,切开腹膜(即疝囊),在腹膜外游离盲肠,直至疝囊颈部(内环)外。注意勿损伤肠管的动、静脉。将游离的盲肠显露于切口外,在其后面将两侧腹膜作间断对合缝合,使其成为一个新的完整疝囊。然后,将游离的盲肠回纳入腹腔,在内环外用丝线作一荷包缝合,以关闭腹腔,剪除多余疝囊。然后施行Bassini或McVay术修补腹股沟管。
