At present,two kinds of flowsheets are adopted in Qidashan Beneficiation Plant-"stage-wise grinding-gravity separation,magnetic separation and anion reverse flotation" and"continuous grinding-low intensity magnetic separation,high intensity magnetic separation and anion reverse flotation".

It is then determined that the flowsheet of stage-wise grinding—gravity separation—high intensity magnetic separation-anion reverse flotation is most reasonable for beneficiation of poor hematite from Gongchangling Mine.

Classification indexes and production costs of classification equipment which are hydrocyclone and spiral classifier were compared in this paper , they are used in single-stage grinding of Baihualing concentrator in Jinduicheng.
