临床常用HCGβ-亚基的特异性抗血清,测定母体血清中HCGβ-亚基。用放射免疫法测定,非孕期β绒毛膜促性腺激素在血中的含量很低,妊娠后很快增高,至妊娠8~10周血清浓度达最高峰,持续1~2周后迅速下降,妊娠中晚期时血清浓度仅为峰值的10%,持续至分娩,产后两周消失。法定单位正常值范围:β绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)〓〓非孕期〓〓〓〓<3.1μg/L〓〓孕7~10天〓〓〓>5.0U/L〓〓孕30天〓〓〓〓>100U/L〓〓孕40天〓〓〓〓>2000U/L〓〓孕10周〓〓〓〓>50~100U/L〓〓孕14周〓〓〓〓10~20U/L
