羊栖菜是多年生含钙最多的海藻之一,经加工可调制成各种风味的茶。经常饮用此茶,可促进人体对钙的吸收,有益于预防和消除因缺钙而引起的各种疾病。
实便 将经清洗、日晒干燥后的羊栖菜500克,在淡水中浸泡1.5小时,用热风干燥机在50℃下干燥2小时,再浸入用食盐30克、谷氨酸钠100克、水3升混合配制的调味液中浸渍1小时,然后用回转釜炒1小时,最后磨成粉末状即得约500克的羊栖菜茶。
