Surface morphology,the distribution of elements and their quantity in the film,the constitutional phases and their crystal structure in Pt-TiO_2/Ti catalyst are investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
研究结果表明,离子溅射法制备的 Pt-TiO_2/Ti 催化剂膜表面的 Pt 微粒呈现均匀单分散状态,与膜的附着力强,物相组成以锐钛矿 TiO_2为主, 含少量金红石 TiO_2,光催化活性优于 TiO_2/Ti 催化剂。
