kehanjie zhuzao IUhejin可焊接铸造铝合金(weldable cast alumini-um alfoy)以焊接性能为主要指标的铸造铭合金,一般同时具有良好的气密性和强度,用于焊接结构。铸造铝合金的焊接性能主要取决于化学成分。全吕-硅系合金有优良的焊接性能,在焊接凝固时,由于铝-硅合金的收缩率小,几乎不产生裂纹。镁、铜含量多的合金焊接性能不佳,含量越高则焊接越困难。合金中加入锰有利于焊接。具有良好焊接性能的铸造铝合金有:ZLlol(AI一6.5%一7.5%51一0.25%一0.45%Mg),ZLIOZ(AI一10%一13%51),ZLlo3(AI一4.5%~6.0%Si一1 .5%一3.0%Cu一0.3%~0.7%Mg一。.2%~。.6%Mn),21才106(Al一7.0%一8.5%51一1.0%心1.5%Cu-0 .3%一0.5%Mg一0.3%一O:5%Mn), ZLlll(Al-8 .0%一1 1.0%51一1.3%一1.8%Cu一0.4%一。,6%Mg-o·1%一O·35%Mn一0.2%~0.5肠Ti)等合金。 含有镁的铝一硅系ZL101合金,在相组成中除铝和硅的共晶体外,有少量的MgZsi强化相,可热处理强化。当硅含量取上限时,经淬火人工时效,抗拉强度可达30OMPa,伸长率大于5%,有良好的焊接性能和耐蚀性,可用于制造中等强度负荷的零件。 含铜量高的ZL103合金,在组织中有CuAI:和Mgzsi相,可热处理强化,具有高的强度和耐热性,焊接性能合格,可用于制造耐热中强负荷的焊接零件。 (朱耀明)
