The phase structure and microstructure of the laser clad coating were analyzed by XRD and SEM,and the erosive wear resistance of 16Mn steel and the laser clad coating was studied in different medium.
采用 CO_2连续波激光器在16Mn 钢基材表面进行 Ni 基合金熔覆处理,采用 XRD、SEM 等分析了熔覆层的相组成和微观结构,在不同的介质中研究了16Mn 钢基和合金熔覆层的耐冲蚀性。

In this paper,the composition,curing process,binding property,heat resistance and erosive wear resistance properties of the coating are studied.
研究了涂料的配方、固化工艺、粘接性能、耐热性能和耐冲蚀磨损性能,结果表明:由耐热环氧对树脂、改性固化剂、耐热填料为主要成分的ZL-T1涂料,在100℃固化三小时后,具有优良的耐热、耐冲蚀磨损性能,可以在25℃至150℃温度范围内长期作为耐冲蚀靡损材料使用,耐冲蚀能力是16Mn钢的2。
