性质:动态压力的概念;主要在估计气-液系统或液-液系统中的分散相——气泡(或液滴)的直径时用到。所谓动态压力τ,系作用于气泡(或液滴)的剪应力与法向应力之和。在气泡(或液滴)形成至最后达稳定行为的过程中,动态压力τ将克服分散相的表面张力及黏滞阻力,而促使气泡(或液滴)破裂,致使成为较小的分散相。例如,对自由上升的球形气泡言,动态压力τ由下式给出τ=ρLut2/2。式中ρL为液体密度,ut为气泡上升的终端速度。
