Mainly discussed are the requirements and definitions of the track twisting conditions in testing and checking of the derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate,specified in China national standard GB/T 5599—1985,British railway technical standard GM/RT 2141—2000 and European standard prEN 14363(E)—2000.
