| 虚拟资本 fictitious capital 独立于现实的资本运动之外，以有价证券的形式存在并能给持有者带来一定收入的资本。如股票、债券等。 虚拟资本本身没有任何价值，只是资本所有权的证书，表示有取得收益的权利。构成虚拟资本的有价证券可以在证券市场上按一定的价格进行买卖，其价格由利息资本化的原则决定。例如，股票的价格则是由股息的大小和银行利息率的高低决定的，股票价格与股息成正比例变化，而和利息率成反比例变化。如果股票的票面额为100元，每年能够取得10元股息 ，即10％的股息，而当时的利息率只有5％，那么，这张股票的价格就是10÷5％＝200元。 虚拟资本与厂房、机器、原材料等实际存在的资本不同，它不能在资本主义生产过程中发挥作用，只是间接地反映实际资本的运动状况。因此，它不是真正的资本，而是独立于实际资本之外的一种资本存在形式。在资本主义的发展过程中，由于平均利息率趋于下降，股份公司和国家的债务增长，有价证券投机活动的盛行，虚拟资本有快于实际资本增长的趋势，这表明资本所有权与资本的职能进一步分离，投机、欺诈和掠夺的进一步加剧，资本主义的寄生性和腐朽性进一步加深。 |
