Objective To detect the levels of expression of MMP-9,CD_(44)V_6 and nm23H_1 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),to evaluate the correlativity of expression among MMP-9,CD_(44)V_6,nm23-H_1and the relationship between their expression, the tumor invasion and metastasis of HCC.

Results:①The expression of nm23-H_1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis in the colorectal carcinoma tissue; the expression of P 53 was correlated with its differentiation, invasion and lymph node metastasis; the expression of COX-2 was correlated with its invasion and lymph node metastasis.

注：严禁静脉给药.
