孪晶界twin boundary一种特殊的晶界。孪上的原子正好座落在相邻两晶粒的晶格位置上。由界上没有显著的原子错排,这种晶界是共格晶界,界能要比一般晶界的低得多。 最常见的共格晶界即为共格孪晶界,界面两侧的位向满足反映对称关系,反映面即称为孪生面。给出不同晶体结构的孪生面。 晶体的孪生面界晶晶曰拍于其昆体友中四一仪晶体结构孪生面面心立方 {111}体心立方 {112}密集六角{1’0I2}LBC么△‘BC昆体 面心立方晶体中的{111}面是按ABC ABCZ的次序堆垛起来的,应用堆垛符号表示,即△△△△△△。如果从某一层起堆垛层序颠倒过来变成;ABA CBA CB或△△△△甲甲甲甲,上下两部分就形成了孪晶关系(见图)。可以看出,所有原子“孪生面上)的第一近邻的数目和距离都和完整晶体相有改变的只是孪晶界面上的第二近邻的关系,它们2心立方的ABC型转化为密积六角的BAB型。 如果孪生的第一个丈括水面扮同师面心立方晶体的孪生关系面没有穿过整个晶体,少就是一个肖克利不全位相当于共格孪晶界的一,阶,称为孪生位错。 孪晶可以在形变过才产生,称为机械孪晶;注能在晶体生长过程或退止程中产生,称为生长孪健退火孪晶。(吴希俊猎得栋治冲呵挝域)
