本文采用苯甲叉基丙二腈作为中间体,与间苯二酚在无水ZnCl2和HCl气体的催化作用下制得亚胺盐,再水解,脱羧,分离得到产物,通过液相色谱、紫外、红外等手段对中间产物和最终产物进行分析鉴定,确定最终产物是7-羟基二氢黄酮。

RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and elucidated as tricosanol (Ⅰ),heptacosanoic acid (Ⅱ),3,5,7,3′-tetrahydroxyflavone (Ⅲ),5,7,3′,5′-tetrahydroxy-dihydroflavone (Ⅳ),apigenin (Ⅴ),luteolin (Ⅵ) and stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyran.
结果分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为正二十三醇(Ⅰ)、正二十七烷酸(Ⅱ)、3,5,7,3′-四羟基黄酮(Ⅲ)、5,7,3′,5′-四羟基二氢黄酮(Ⅳ)、芹菜素(Ⅴ)、木犀草素(Ⅵ)和豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)。
