富锦水运口岸是1989年7月经中国国务院批准对外开放，并经中苏两国确认开通使用的国家一类口岸，1993年10月又经批准开展国际客运业务。
该口岸位于松花江下游南岸，黑龙江省富锦市城区北部。沿松花江上行可达佳木斯、哈尔滨等松花江沿岸各港口，下行距中俄界河黑龙江78公里，从三江口入黑龙江可直航俄罗斯的下列宁斯阔耶、哈巴罗夫斯克、共青城等口岸。经俄罗斯阿穆尔河继续下行，可通过尼古拉耶夫斯克入海，进入鞑靼海峡及日本海，江海联运的货物可直达日本、韩国等太平洋沿岸的国家和地区。港口码头岸线长1000余米，可同时停靠千吨级货船10艘。货场6万平方米，库房2000平方米，港区内装卸设备较齐全，日装卸能力3000吨，年吞吐量30万吨。港区有铁路专用线7。62公里，已经形成水铁联运一条龙
