目前,对静压轴承的研究更多的是理论推导分析,为了更准确、直观的研究静压轴承薄膜反馈节流器油腔压力分布、薄膜变形及在不同腔深、不同的主轴转速下,油膜压力及流场对静压轴承承载能力的影响,本文应用有限元模拟技术,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS/CFX,对薄膜反馈静压轴承进行研究。
