目的本实验通过去除牛松质骨中的细胞成分来制备脱细胞骨基质,并进行形态学观察,通过力学实验来研究脱细胞骨基质的生物力学特性,同时利用骨髓间充质干细胞诱导成骨细胞为种子细胞,体外与脱细胞骨基质复合培养,观察此种天然骨衍生材料的粘附特性,为骨组织工程支架材料的研究提供实验依据,并探讨其作为骨组织工程天然支架材料的可行性和优越性。

多分布长骨的骨骺部，由大量针状或片状的骨小梁相互连接，形成了多孔隙的网架，在骨小梁的孔隙内充满红骨髓。骨小梁由平行排列的骨板和骨细胞构成，松质骨的细胞和细胞间质与密质骨无区别。
