【银行会计应用电子计算机的核算和管理】采用先进的电子技术处理银行业务，进一步改进手工操作技术，提高会计工作质量与效率，加速建立银行系统的资金清算中心、信息中心的重要措施。根据会计部门对系统开发提出的业务要求，凡设计定稿，应经会计主管人员的认可和签字。电子计算机的核算程序，必须按照现行《全国银行统一会计基本制度》的规定，设置明细核算和综合核算两大系统。日记帐要逐笔登记，输人软盘。为防止差错，要建立自动核对制度，数据输人，必须进行复核，重点是帐号与金额。计算机核算，必须进行总分核对。会计凭证是计算机处理业务的依据，必须在凭证的传递、审核、管理上严格把关。为了提高计算机输人数据效率和质量，会计凭证应规格大小一致，纸张不宜太薄，帐号、凭证号，大小写金额及印章的位置应相对固定，并逐步向凭证规范化、标准化方向改革。
