在小儿时期为很普通的浅层脓皮病，主要由葡萄球菌引起。初为散在的红斑或小疱，以后排出部分脓液，形成琥珀色浅痂。皮损限于真皮以上，主要发生于面部及手部，可由接触传染而蔓延至全身。愈后不遗留瘢痕。局部应用抗生素软膏治疗。
