1-羟基聚丁二烯(Hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene——HTPB)为基体的聚氨酯(PUs)具有低模数(modulus)及在低温下裂解的特性,聚碳二亚胺(Polycarbodiimide-PCDI)和液态二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷(Polysiloxane-PSi)是反应型添加剂,分别以碳二亚胺反应和溶凝胶法(sol-gel)合成,PCDI和PSi在燃烧过程中释放出无毒、无腐蚀性的挥发性气体,最后形成碳质或硅质的焦化层(carbonaceous orsiliceous char)。

性质:碳原子与两个亚胺基相结合而成的一类不饱和含氮化合物。可用通式R—N=C=N—R′表示(R可以是烃基或氢)。有不饱和性,可发生加成反应,很易与水反应生成尿素和它的衍生物。最简单的碳二亚胺HN=C=NH,无色晶体,熔点42℃,沸点140℃(2.53kPa);溶于水、乙醇、乙醚、苯、氯仿等。重要的碳二亚胺有:二环己基碳二亚胺和二苯基碳二亚胺。在有机合成中用作脱水剂。
