痰湿体质是常见的偏颇体质类型之一,通过对痰湿体质现代研究相关文献资料的分析,认为自20世纪70年代末开始,现代医家对痰湿体质从理论、临床、实验等方面,进行了全方位研究,形成了中医痰湿体质理论与应用基础,但亦存在诸多不足,尚待今后深入探讨,文中对今后有关中医痰湿体质研究的思路与方向进行了展望。

By using 3D scanner and Martin measure instrument to measure about 493 adult male aged from 20 to 60 years old in the East China and setting up the body database, this paper elaborates on the body data and concludes the characteristic inherent and the changing trend of adult male body type and the fat body in the East China.
综合运用三维扫描仪和马丁测量仪对我国华东地区493名年龄在20～60岁间成年男子进行了人体测量,并且建立了人体数据库,详细分析了华东地区人体测量数据,得出华东地区成年男子体型和华东地区肥胖体内在特征和变化趋势,着重对华东地区肥胖体进行了体型分类,得出华东地区各类成年男子肥胖体的中间体。

constitutional obesity
单纯性肥胖的一种类型。患者自幼肥胖，脂肪细胞增生肥大，分布全身。从出生后半岁左右由于营养过度，加上遗传倾向，引起脂肪细胞增生肥大所致。饮食控制等较不易见效，对胰岛素较不敏感。
