目的:观察糖肾宁治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者的疗效,探讨中医治疗本病的作用机理以及中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的优势和可行性。

Methods One hundred type 2 DN patients of qi-yin deficiency with blood-stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, all were treated with basal hypoglycemic treatment but with QYYHR given to the treatment group additionally for 3 months.
方法选择2型糖尿病肾病(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)气阴两虚夹瘀证患者100例,随机分为两组,两组降糖治疗基本相同,治疗组同时给予芪地益气养阴活血方治疗3个月,观察两组疗效、治疗前后血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮、肌酐及血液流变学等指标。

方名。出近代杨志一《妇科经 验良方·第十章》。功效：回阳散寒。主治：因交合不慎，寒邪直入三阴，以致面青肢冷 ，少腹疼痛，甚则乳缩昏厥者。药物组成：胡椒7粒，葱心 2寸半，麝香1分。用法：上药共捣烂，以黄蜡调和，做成栓剂， 插入阴道内，少顷汗出即愈。
