Object Retrospectively study the pathological files and the clinical records of 142 IgA nephropathy(IgAN)patients,discuss the relations between the syndrome differentiation of TCM and composition of immune deposit,intensity of immune deposit and the pathology classification of WHO,moreover discuss the relations between the composition of immune deposit and moist heat,stagnant blood of TCM.
方法 参考参照1995年卫生部药政局颁布的《中药新药临床研究指导原则(第2辑)》及国家技术监督局1997年3月4日颁布的《中华人民共和国国家标准-中医临床诊疗术语诸侯部分》,将142例病例分为肾阴虚、肾阳虚、阴阳两虚三组,分别探讨其肾脏活检病理资料中免疫沉积物种类及强度与以上中医证型之间的联系,并探讨其中有湿热、瘀血表现的病例与病理资料的关系。

《病理概论及各论》 病理著作。恽铁樵撰于1928年。此书概论部分以中医辨证论治为基础，从脏腑病变和经脉病变等方面阐明各类病证的病理和用药大法。各论部分阐述伤风、胃咳、肺痨等九种病证的病因病候、诊断与治法。于病理部分阐发尤详。全书引用了较多的西医病理知识，在当时汇通中西医学术上起一定作用，但也杂有牵强附会的观点。本书为《药盦医学丛书》的。
