一种肝功能试验。主要反映血清蛋白质的变化,了解肝脏的功能。因球蛋白是促进和形成絮状反应的因素,而白蛋白则能对抗这一反应。如合成白蛋白减少,使血浆中白蛋白降低,球蛋白增高。故当与脑磷脂乳液及胆固醇混合时,则可发生絮状的沉淀物。正常人为阴性。阳性者多见于肝炎,也可见于黑热病、疟疾、亚急性细菌性心内膜炎等。
