补充资料：急性咽炎
急性咽炎症状特点是咽部红肿，灼热疼痛，喉中有堵塞感，吞咽疼痛不利，声音嘶哑，常有发热，恶寒，舌质红，脉多浮数，这些多是由于患儿内有郁热，复感外邪，内外夹攻于咽喉。治疗时，宜选用疏风解表药，同时加用清热利咽药物。
药物：锦灯笼10g，山豆根6g，玄参6g，蝉蜕5g，牛蒡子3g，桔梗6g，薄荷24g，麦冬10g，射干6g，金果榄10g。
其中薄荷、牛蒡子、蝉蜕、桔梗疏风解表，锦灯笼、山豆根、金果榄清热利咽，玄参、射干生津利咽。若里热重者，可去牛蒡子、蝉蜕，加生石膏、黄芩；痰盛者加瓜蒌、杏仁。
