花旗参螺头汤
原料】
急冻螺头200克，花旗参15克，红枣四个，姜二片，水适量，盐少许。
【制作】
1、螺头去内脏，用粗盐擦洗干净。
2、红枣洗干净后去核。
3、水煲滚后，将材料放入滚十分钟，然后改慢火再煲三个小时，下少许盐调味即可。
