目的 :探讨慢性乙型肝炎湿热蕴脾证和脾胃气虚证与肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)及白细胞介素 6(IL 6 )之间的关系。
补充资料：脾胃虚寒证
| 脾胃虚寒证 脾阳虚衰，阴寒内盛所表现的证候。又称脾阳虚证。多由脾气虚证发展而来，或过食生冷，或肾阳虚，火不生土所致。临床表现，腹胀纳少，腹满时减，腹痛喜温喜按，口泛清水，大便溏薄清稀，四肢不温，或肢体困重，或周身浮肿，小便不利，或白带量多质稀，小腹下坠，腰腹酸沉。舌淡胖，苔白滑，脉沉迟无力。脾胃虚寒证，以脾失健运和寒象表现为辨证要点。脾阳不足，运化失健，则腹胀纳少；阳虚阴盛，寒从中生，寒凝气滞，故腹痛喜温喜按；阴寒之气内盛，水湿不化，见口泛清水，大便溏泄，甚则完谷不化，小便不利，水肿。妇女带下清稀、腰腹酸沉，属寒湿下注。治宜温中健脾，方用理中汤。 |
