性质:系双层膜结构,此两层膜的结构和组成都不相同。外层膜类脂含量高,有明显的酶互补体。两层膜的渗透性能也不同,外层膜能允许低分子量化合物和多种蛋白质自由地渗透而内层膜对许多离子、低分子量化合物和蛋白质具有渗透障碍。内层膜具有特殊的穿膜运输系统。
