Objective: To observe the changes of postprandial lipids after a pure fatty tolerant test (FTT) and test the effect of postprandial lipids on carotid artery atherosclerosis.
目的:采用单纯脂肪餐耐量试验观察2型糖尿病患者餐后甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、胆固醇等血脂及血糖变化,探讨糖尿病患者餐后血脂代谢特点及其与颈动脉内中膜厚度等的关系。

Objective:The present study is to observe lipoprotein and free fatty acid changes after a fatty tolerant test(FTT),and evaluate the characteristics of lipoprotein、free fatty acid metabolic in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).
目的:采用脂肪餐耐量试验(fatty tolerant test,FTT)观察代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者餐后血脂、游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)的变化,探讨二者的代谢特征及其与胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)和颈动脉内中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)等的关系。

阿司匹林耐量试验
aspirin tolerance test
口服阿司匹林后检查出血时间的试验。方法是成人口服阿司匹林0.65g，儿童酌减，服药前及服药后2小时和4小时各测出血时间一次，服药后比服药前延长2分钟以上者，即为阳性。本试验是诊断轻型或亚临床型血管性假血友病的有效方法。
